Trying using a PVR. I have the Hauppauge HD PVR2 and upload personal and mainly Xbox 360 gameplays and Xbox 1 gameplays to my Youtube channel. My PVR records game chat but records Xbox Live Party chat and game chat, as well as game sound. I've had no problems
even have some friends involved. I do get a very few copyright notices (background music). Don't tell me Microsoft restricted Xbox 1 by my PVR not able to record game/party chat on Xbox 1. My PVR uses HDMI in and HDMI out connection, one to the console the
other to my HDTV. Xbox 1 should be able to play game/party chat through your HDTV speakers, something which XBOX 360 does.

Party Chat ought to work just like Xbox 360's Xbox Live Party Chat.

On Xbox 360, an Xbox Live Party is where a group of up to 8 people (regardless if on each others friends lists or not) can get together in a party, and participate in chat, while everyone and anyone in that party, can play ANY game and ANY app and even be
on the Dashboard, and still be easily to participate in the party, along with everyone else in the party.

On Xbox 1, Party Chat shouldn't be restricted to which games or apps or what others in that party, are doing on the Xbox 1 console. Granted, Xbox 1 is only 13 months old, and XBL has been subject to at least two denial of service attacks by a group of hackers
(it's on Google and has been on Australian TV news). This is what makes Xbox Live Party on Xbox 360 magic. It doesn't have the Dashboard issues which Xbox 1 is having. So I expect a next gen console with 300,000+ Xbox Live servers and better hardware, to be
able to do this.

I was able to start a Party Chat on my Xbox 1 console this week and last week though. One of Xbox Live's key Xbox Live Features isn't only about games, but about SOCIAL as well. That's why Voice Messaging and Picture Messaging are Xbox Live Feature options
on ways to send messages over XBL on an Xbox 360 console.

You would have to configure the stream to enable the chat of Xbox and also, all of your friends, that are in the party, have to set their privacy settings to allow their voices to be shared in a stream.

Method 1 – Xbox Party Chat

Xbox has a feature built in allowing you to share your Xbox Party chat through the Twitch app. However for this to work everyone in your party chat will have to confirm that they allow their chat to be broadcast. This will allow your Twitch chat to hear anyone that you are playing with in your party. Your Twitch chat may still not be able to hear other players that are in your game depending on the game you are playing.

Step 1 – Start A Party

The first thing you need to do is start a party with your friends. To do this hit the Xbox Button on your controller to open the menu and then select Parties and Chats –> Start A Party. You can then select Invite more and invite your friends to your party.

Step 2 – Allow Audio To Be Broadcast

If you want to broadcast other people’s audio you will need to make sure that they select the “include my audio” checkbox in the Xbox Party Chat screen. To do this click the Xbox Button and then Select Parties and Chats –> Include My Audio.

Step 3 – Set Party Chat Volume In Twitch Chat

You now need to make sure that your party is not muted in the Twitch app on your Xbox. To do this go to the Twitch app, move down to the audio sources and un-mute Party Chat. Here you can also adjust the volume of the party chat to balance your friends audio levels compared to your mic volume on the stream.

Method 2 – In-Game Chat

In certain games you are able to hear your in-game chat on your stream. This means that in some games you can play with Randoms and your Twitch stream will be able to hear the people you are playing with. However there is a lot of games that do not allow you to broadcast game chat due to privacy reasons. You will need to check if the game you are playing allows broadcasting or not.
