Xbox 1 not playing some of my 4k movies , im getting the below message on my 65 in 4k HD...

Try performing a hard restart on the console.

To perform a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen.

Thanks Chudamaru, I tried your suggestion 3 times and it didn't work. Is it possible to delete and reinstall the Blu Ray player program? if that's possible could you send me a link to the instructions? Thanks again for your help

I've had already the same problems. Please clear the cache and it should work fine.

If you highlight the BluRay player app on the dashboard and click the menu (3 lines) button you can choose manage game /app.

From there you can uninstall the app.

You might also want to clear any storage cache from within the settings.

I like using my 65" Samsung 4K with HDR and my 50" Samsung 4K with HDR. I mainly play games on the 50" with my Xbox One X. More Netflix and movies on the 65" with my Xbox One S.
