    Xbox 1 no video out


    My Xbox one s all the sudden has no video. I don't' know if it was a failed update, but I can't hard reset it either. Is there anything I can do to reset the system?

    None of the troubleshooting tips worked either. The machine shows it's on and is making a funny noise with no video.

    Then you might need to replace it, or request a repair. You can do that through the My Devices tab in your Microsoft account page. If it's out of warranty, you can still request a repair for a fee.

    Try this

    1. Press and hold power button till fully off

    2. Press and hold both bind and eject (keep held)

    3. Press and hold power button till second power up chime is heard and release all three buttons.

    4. From the troubleshooting menu select reset keeping all games and apps.
