Xbox 1 No disc games or Digital copies are allowing me to play.

Last night i get home from work turn on my xbox 1 and attempt to play Call of duty ghost while the disk isnt in the best of shape it played before i left for work now its not loading sometimes it will load all the way to the title screen then it will say
reading saved data but go no further.

Now that i woke up for the day i was going to play Max the curse of the brother hood it freeze Gucameelee is stuck loading and peggle 2 wont let me go any further then just the title screen with a grey start button.

Is my account banned or is it a technical issue?

Forza Horizon 3 Xbox Play Anywhere Problem!

Also, did you purchase the game as a disc or digital copy? Only digital copies are available for Play Anywhere.

You can also share digital games this way. This is how I play games with my wife with 2 xboxes and 1 gold account. Just wish I could use 1 disc instead of having to buy the game digitally or 2 physical copies.

 

Hi Chicken, try doing a hard reboot on your console by holding the button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the wall for 30 sec. After 30 sec plug it back in and power back on to see if the problem is fixed.
