Xbox 1 Minecraft is not updating to v1.19.2

Me and my friend have Xbox 1's and have been playing on the same world for a while. The world owned through his Xbox.

This afternoon, both of us received updates and we both updated the game.

However, when I tried joining his world, I got the error that I could not join due to outdated world version.

When we checked the version of the world, it is 1.19.2 for his worlds.

I tried hosting a world for him to join, and it states 1.19.1 for my worlds. When he attempts to join my world, nothing happens and it doesn't load.

Multiple other people we know are able to join my friend's worlds, so it just seems to be my Xbox with this issue.

- My NAT type is moderate.

- Tried reinstalling the game, still at 1.19.1.

- Tried restarting and quitting game, still does not update.

I am open to all fixes. My game does not have any data worth keeping, so if any fixes loose world data I am fine with that.

Actually by the Minecraft changelog, the v1.19.10 is newer than v1.19.2. So your friend on the v1.19.2 should update to v1.19.10.

Neither of the Xbox's are in the Insider Program.

I reinstalled, waited a few hours, and then did a hard reset. Now I just get the error "unable to connect to world."

The only difference is that we are in different regions (1000 miles apart).

Now when I launch a world, my friend is telling my that it still lists as 1.19.1.

I created a new world after all of my trouble shooting and it is still 1.19.1

I tried the following fixes:

Then, please uninstall Minecraft. After it is done, please clear your console persistent storage:
- Press the Xbox One button on your controller. Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections.
- In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.
- Select Clear persistent storage three times.

Then, please perform a power reset on your console:
1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Try to install Minecraft again and please let me know how it goes.

After reinstalling, I still get version 1.19.1.1003.70 with an "Outdated server" error for friends worlds.

Mange Minecraft > 0 Update items + One 4.3 mb Saved Data.

One strange thing I noticed is that when my friend was updating his worlds from 1.19.1 to 1.19.2, the world size was jumping from 200 MB to 400 MB and then back down to 200 MB.

Should I try clearing my Saved Data? I don't have any worlds worth keeping.
