    xbox 1 keeps turning off


    Ok, I know this was reported few times. After the August update my xbox started turning off after hours of gameplay. It's not over heating, or my power brick. Any way I can fix this ? Or maybe downgrade the system ? I spent many hours playing before the
    update and didn't experience any problems at all.

    Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour

    My Xbox one s keeps turning off after an hour I've been to settings and turned off 1 hour automatic shut down but still it keeps turning off I thought it my be over heating so I had it cleaned but no problems please help

    I understand you need help on your console turning off by itself. Let's check that out.

    Have you tried reinstalling your games again to see if that helps? Please do that if not.

    You can also do the steps from this link:

    If none of those work, I would already suggest getting another power supply as it might be the one causing the problem.

    I have erased everything and installed a game that was like 1.9 gig and it turned off so I guess the Power supply is broken and it's not even been a month since I've had it but thank you for responding to me . I'll try buy the xbox series x/s than keep investing in this xbox one

    Thank you for responding. I have tried clean the xbox using fan and I even did the reset but keep the games and it's the same thing. I will try erasing everything and start from scratch.
