    Xbox 1 keeps freezing


    Ever since the xbox series x got there recent update it screwed my original xbox 1 to where it first couldnt install the update so i had to do a factory reset then every time i turn on my xbox it get frozen so i cant do anything except unplug my xbox.

    For such cases, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps;However, if the issue still persists, your Xbox needs to be repaired, if it's still under warranty you can request a repair order Xbox Support.

    That could be down to it not being on the current update. Go to settings and see if your on the latest one

    I usually try a small fan and direct it at the console for about 10-12 minutes.
