    Xbox 1 issue- Can’t make new account


    Trying to make a new account on Xbox 1.

    I do the QR code and put the code in.

    It says it’s all done on Xbox but then just does a loading screen and then sends me back to the original place.

    Anyone know how to do this issue?

    Merging existing Xbox 360 local profile with existing Xbox Live profile.

    Youre able to make a new Xbox Liev account from a local account, so why can’t you merge them.

    I am trying to gameshare with my partner, but when I’m typing my email and password into his Xbox it’s asking me to make a new gamer tag. I already have a gamer tag and an account.

    That seems like a useless option to change primary emails then. I can’t afford to make a new account, I have tons of games and content on my account that I would lose. It’s kind of ridiculous that there is no help for these kinds of issues. Loyal fan for over a decade and I am being forced to make a new account. Great service.

    I have the same issue, did you have to create a new Xbox account? When I logged in, it made me a new Xbox account, which doesn’t own minecraft. I can’t get back into my old account that owns the game.
