    Xbox 1 is telling me that I do not own a game which is in my games and apps which I have gotten


    I have recently gotten EA acsess and have used it to get Star Wars battlefront , the game has reached 100% and is now in my games and apps and is installed . However , whenever I press on the game to play it says do you own this game and app and various
    options to get this if the screen . Yet I did not get it on disk and was on Xbox live . Therefore I can not play the game .

    Hopefully u can help to fix this and or tell me the problem , thanks

    Ark Survival Evolved Game Preview

    Owned 360 games recharging for xb1

    So i have owned Skate 3 (digital) for many years since xbox 360 i had it installed on my first xbox one also, now im trying to re download it onto my new xbox and it is telling me i need to pay $29.95 (tax included) if i wanna play a game i already own?

    also it doesnt show up in my ready to install games which it used to can some 1 help me with this or have i just been scammed out of a game?

    Sorry to hear it. Double check your EA Access membership by going to My Games & Apps then Memberships.

    If all is good then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Any way to see a list of games I own?

    This tells me which 360 games I own. Doesn't tell me what Xbox One games I own. Looks like I have to power up the console to find that out...
