Xbox 1 is not receiving internet? Please help?

I have contacted both my internet provider and xbox customer support.

My problem is that all the other devices in the house are connected to the internet. However, my xbox is connected to the router but is not receiving internet. The NAT Type is restricted and service info is unavailable. I am using a Comtrend NexusLink_5631
and all the ports need for xbox live are open. Ive hard reset both xbox and router. Someone please help me.

Same thing is happening to me, and I know my XBox connects to the internet, because it worked at my parents place, but since I moved back to college, it is not connecting to the internet. It has the same details as you, with NAT strict and service info unavailable.

I can connect the xbox to our internet but when trying to sign in to my account I receive the error code 0x800704cf. Usually spend at least an hour trying to connect. Internet works fine on all other devices. Please help!

Codes aren't being sent out for Battlefield 1 Open Beta. Once it begins, you should be able to download it and play

If you are a Battlefield Insider and signed up before the cutoff date you should receive a code from EA via e-mail, unfortunately we don't
have codes to provide here for that.
