Xbox 1 home screen loads then a blank screen - have tried all support online - still having ...

The home screen loads each time but then there's just a blank screen. Just over a year old but not played regularly as it's the grandkids. Issue has just started happening. Have followed all online help about rebooting, etc but still the same issue. Can
anyone help?

Technical issues

Trying to turn on my Xbox one, does the green load up screen fine but then does not proceed to home screen, it actually just greets me with a blank screen and after a few minutes an error message will pop up usually stating 'home is taking to long to load'
or 'cortana is taking to long to load' or just in general the Xbox has taken to long to load, have tried lots of things but nothing seems to be working (have tried power cycling it already)

CoD Ghosts Blank screen

CoD Ghosts had been working fine for quite a ling time for me, but the last two days the game has presented the blank screen problem with me. After playing an online match the screen abruptly goes blank...or when I hit the home button it goes blank. My Xbox
recognizes me and when I say "Xbox go home" it sounds as if I went to home menu...when I say "Xbox turn off" and then "yes" it turns off...all the while the screen has been blank. I unplug the power wait..plug back in and green xbox screen comes up...after
a few minutes the home screen comes up, and I'm fine...try cod again and...blank screen after playing a match or two...is there going to be a fix I wonder. Also why after playing so long...why blank screen problems now?? The last two days???

Sorry to hear about the issue. To clarify, when you say all the steps online, have you already seen the guide specifically relating to

troubleshooting blank screens when the Xbox One console is on? If not, I highly recommend reading through it and going through all the steps provided there. If none of those help, unfortunately it sounds like the console may be in need of repairs. If you
choose to go down that route, the process can be initiated via the
Online Service Center.

I tried that, but the screen still remains blank...

When I switch back to my other cable, the Sign in or out screen loads as usual.

I did every thing on the list and it worked. After the setup fase tho the Xbox still still said that Home was taking too long to load an it gives me nothing but a blank screen .

When I try to load Netflix it goes from the white screen to the black load screen. The loading ring starts to spin and then stalls out. After a minute it will go back to the Xbox 1 home screen. I have done the power cycle, delete and reinstall the app,
deleted the profile and restarted and still the same thing happened.

tried rebooting a few more times, no it doesn't even have the green screen. All i get is blank black screen. all the lights on the console and Kinect or on but nobodies home

Called support again, explained the story from start to finish, they told me to take it back to the retailer.

Guess it's a trip to Game tomorrow..
