    Xbox 1 Headset adapter


    Basically my issue is that the 2.5m female to 3.5m male cord has a short in it. I bought another cord that is almost identical to the one that came with the adapter. I made sure the new cord had three rings just like the one that broke. So I get the new
    one and plugged it in. I couldn't even hear chat like I could with the one that has a short in it. So my question is does anybody know where to get one that might work with my adapter? My turtle beaches are tired of just collecting dust.

    well i dont know if its news worth or not.

    was looking for a good headset and the xbox one headset adapter is up on ebay.

    price seems to hold in the 30-60 range... they look like modified factory units..

    I believe you misunderstood my question. I don't need the talk back cable, I need the little 2.5m female to 3.5m male that comes with the xbox one headset adapter. I bought one online and it did not work.

    I did mis-understand you, try contacting chat support on the side of this forum and see if there is a way to order just the cord as a replacement part via Xbox.
