    Every disc movie or game is not recognized. I have to download all games and stream any movies or vids. I have a Day one which is the one that has an issue my second Xbox 1 second generation works fine but Kinect doesn't work when plugged in. My Xbox 1 S
    works fine all around but no input for Kinect. As well as if Xbox and gaming in general on any console why is it not Bluetooth compatible for headsets I am on the fence I have 3 Xbox ones and now after all this I think I am gonna switch to PlayStation. Xbox
    you can thank infinite warfare n remastered and urselves for the loss cuz your controllers aren't made to withstand nothing the toggles are easily broken. Really a small thin plastic piece ? I spent 150$ on this elite controller..... **** all the others great
    for a week then ****. Xbox all 3 seem to overheat and this is the third time between the 360 & the 1 I had a prob with the DVD drive. I don't expect anything cuz I know you care less about me the dedicated customer with 3 Xbox 1s but it's ok thank you for
    pushing me towards a new gaming system (PS) can't be any worse!

    mw3 disk read error fix

    Other discs work fine on my XBOX, I can't try the disc on any other consoles before in a few days, but i can play other games and watch movies on the console without any problem.

    Blu Ray Player will not read movies

    Having the same issue no DVD movie or Blu-ray movie will work in Xbox one, I get black screen with message please insert disc. The same discs work fine in my regular DVD player and the DVD works without an issue on my Xbox 360 but not on the xbox one

    I've tried every disc game that I have and none work, but a blue ray movie will play straight away so I know the disc drive is working fine. It was working absolutely fine, updated the Xbox and now unable to play disc based games

    XBox does not recognize any Blu Ray disc movie. I tried other Blu Ray discs and they didn't work too. But when I insert a 4K movie, it plays.

    1. If you're installing a game disc...NO!

    2. If you're downloading a digital game installation Yes, BUT....You have to have the BlueRay app to play a movie disc. This is something you have to download independently as the default Xbox One will not play movies.

    Yeah same here. First time I tried it, it worked fine and I played for hours... hasn't worked since. The online disc even works fine, every other game/movie etc, works fine but not this one damn disc.
