    xbox 1 disk drive not working


    my xbox 1 has been having trouble reading disc and usually hard booting it works but today my husband tried to play his brand new borderlands handsom collection and nothing has worked so far. you put the disc in and nothing you cant even here it spinning.
    have tried blowing it out with some air unplugging and resetting nothing seems to be working. we have had issues with this machine for some time with not reading disc and not ejecting them but now it isn't doing anything, would like some suggestions as what
    could be wrong with it and how to fix it.

    and I am connecting internet through wireless

    and disk drive is working properly.

    Is this happening with any disc you try or just Borderlands: The Handsome Collection? We recommend running through our guide for problems playing
    a disc     on your Xbox One console to see if they can help out with this particular issue you're experiencing.

    REVERTING EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE FROM XBOX BACK TO PC HELP!

    The Xbox One formats the drive in a way that a typical PC may not be able to browse it normally for files. However, it should still be detected in your disk partition manager.

    If you are using Windows:

    1. Plug the drive in.
    2. Open "Disk Management"
    3. Find the external drive in the disk list.
    4. Reformat as intended.

    If you are using macOS:

    1. Plug the drive in.
    2. Open "Disk Utility"
    3. Find the external drive in the disk list.
    4. Erase, and reformat as intended.
