    I requested that my controller goes in for a service just over a month ago now and they sent me a posting label to send it over.

    I sent my controller and after a month the only thing I've received back is an email confirmation saying my case is closed but yet I never got an email to say they've received the controller and I've not got it back. I checked the UPS tracking service and
    it made it to its destination 2 weeks ago.

    Cant seem to get help on the Microsoft website so does anyone know a help number for me to call relevant to my missing controller I sent to be serviced a month ago or advice on what to do. Thanks!
