    Hello,

    I have been encountering wireless XB1 controller connection issues with my console. I will be disconnected five or more times - consecutively - with new batteries, only one controller present, and sitting within six feet of the console. I have attempted
    to update the firmware by removing the batteries and connecting via a USB cable. The controller is confirmed connected as I am controlling the console without battery power, yet, when attempting to update the firmware it repeatedly states: “There’s no controller
    connected using USB. Make sure the USB cable is firmly attached and try again.”

    HELP! my controller seems to be able to connect to my computer via usb cable and the wireless adapter but the Xbox accessories app is unable to detect a controller. When I first connected the controller via wireless adapter, it was able to detect it and
    there were some driver updates, but it disconnected halfway through and after many retries, I have yet to be able to make Xbox Accessories detect controller.

    Get a Micro USB cable (make sure it's a data cable, not just a phone charging cable with no data lines and just power lines), and connect the controller to the console via USB cable.

    If the console detects the controller, check in the Xbox Accessories App, if the controller requires a Firmware update.

    Update the controller via USB cable, and if that succeeded, try the controller wireless again.

    The connection for the Elite controller would have to be to an Xbox One console, via Micro-USB to USB, or via Bluetooth. Are you having trouble with the Shield detecting Bluetooth?

    Bug: Microphone doesn't work after disconnecting Windows 10 streaming

    Okay, I just discovered an issue:

    The Xbox Stereo Headset's microphone does NOT work when connected via a USB hub, even if it's the only device attached to the USB hub. The microphone is detected, but it does not detect any sound in the volume meter.

    As soon as I plug my Xbox One controller directly into the Surface Pro 2, the microphone immediately detects sound.
