Xbox 1 controller cheap construction - not happy

My xbox 1 controller I feels like it is falling apart in my hands , the 2 part ( top and bottom) literally move in my hand when I play . Seems like it needs to be glued. I payed $599 for the xbox one so why am I needing to glue my controller.?? I think
it should be replaced.

That appalling noise is standard with the XBOX 360 I'm afraid. Rather clunky construction and cheap bearings. I gave up trying to watch TV through my 360 because of the noise.

 

The Xbox One controllers are poorly built

I went to the midnight launch for Xbox 1 in NZ. Have the day 1 edition console with Kinect, and my day 1 controller is still working fine.

In NZ, the RRP for the Xbox 1 Elite controller Microsoft charges NZ$199..... for a plastic controller. Sure it'll have some good features.

I know it'll be cheaper in Australia.

I think you got a broken controller. Contact your supplier for a remplacement.

 

Fill out the replacement form online and contact microsoft am sure you will get a replacement

 

Contact Microsoft. After a few hours on the phone you'll pay out of pocket to send them your broken controller. A month of two down the road you will call because they never sent you anything. After hours on the phone they may recover your repair order.
A month later they will send you another broken controller. Good luck.
