Xbox 1 CONSTANTLY signing me out of profile (not live). I've stumped 2 xbox support staff. ...

For the past week or so I've been randomly signed out, whether it's while not doing anything on the dashboard, watching a video or in the middle of a game. It started out very infrequently but after a few days it was happening every 5 minutes. Sometimes
when I tried to sign back in it wouldn't let me and told me to try again later. I created a dummy account and since then (a day ago) it's only booting me every hour or 2 instead of every few minutes. I don't know if that's a coincidence or not. Any game I
play detects a user change and boots me to the main menu, losing all my unsaved progress. At this point the only reliable thing I can do is watch DVD's...

Nobody else is using my account, and it doesn't say I've been logged in on another console so it's not that.

It's not my internet connection, it still logs me out when I'm offline.

I've deleted and re-downloaded my profile because I heard that helped someone else, it hasn't helped me.

I created a dummy account which hasn't been signed out (for the hour I played) so maybe an issue with mine

I've done hard resets, hold power button for 15 seconds, unplug everything, wait a few minutes and try again.

I've browsed through the internet and spent several hours with tech support and nothing has worked, and I don't know that spending several more hours on the phone stumping more xbox support is the way to go. So does anyone have any new ideas/suggestions?

How to password protect your Xbox LIVE profile

Xbox LIVE password overview

It is possible to download your Xbox LIVE profile to several different consoles. You may need to do this if you have more than one Xbox 360 console, or you want to play games at a friend's house. In such a situation, you may want to password protect your Xbox LIVE account so that no one else can sign in using your profile.

Set the console to remember your password

Once you have downloaded your Xbox LIVE profile to a console, you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. The Remember Password option is usually off by default. This means that you will be asked for your Microsoft account password every time you sign into Xbox LIVE.

If you don't want to be asked for your Microsoft account password every time you sign into Xbox LIVE, select the Remember Password option.

Change the password protection on your profile

You are required to set the Remember Password option after you download your Xbox LIVE profile. However, you can change the password protection on your Xbox LIVE profile any time.

If you don't need a password to sign in:

Sign into your Xbox LIVE profile. After you have entered your Microsoft account password, select the Remember Password option.

If you choose the Remember Password option, you will not be asked for your Microsoft account password the next time you sign into your Xbox LIVE profile.

If you need a password to sign in:

You can restrict access to your Xbox LIVE profile on any console using your Microsoft account password.

Steps to follow

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Under Settings, select Account and then Account Security

3) Choose the option for Password at Sign In.

4) Select Require Password Here

You will be asked for your Microsoft account password the next time you sign into your Xbox LIVE profile.

How to password protect your Xbox LIVE profile remotely

If you downloaded your Xbox LIVE profile to another console and it is not password protected, or someone has compromised your password, you can change the password from a remote location so that no one else can access your profile.

Change your Microsoft account

1) Sign into accounts.live.com using your Microsoft account.

2) Go to Account Information and, next to Password, click Change.

You can also use your console to change your Microsoft account password.

Note: If the Xbox LIVE profile you downloaded does not require a password to sign in (You selected the Remember Password option), you will not be able to restrict someone from signing into your Xbox profile even if you change your Microsoft account password.

You can remove your Microsoft account password so that other people cannot access your Xbox profile on other consoles. This will ensure that a password is required before signing into your Xbox profile.

Remotely set a profile password from a computer:

1) Sign into your Xbox LIVE account.

2) Under Settings, select Account, and then Account Security

3) Choose the option for Password at Sign In.

4) Select On All Other Consoles.

Once you have done this, a password will be required to sign into your Xbox LIVE profile on all other consoles.

 

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

 

Update:

I've resorted to wiping my xbox clean by going to factory default and for the 30 hours it's been downloading all my stuff again (It's ridiculous how much you have to download to play a game.......) and I haven't signed out. Been playing for most of the day
and still signed in. Seems like clearing the system is the only solution at this point.

 

Update: Back to signing me out several times... It seems to only do it when I'm not connected to other people. Guess I'll have to exclusively play single player games and watch Netflix on other devices for the forseeable future..............

 

Whoa that's a very freaking technical issue your having with your Xbox console, it might be your Xbox console that has a system issue. Try loading your account on another Xbox console and see if it does the same weird things.
