    XBOX 1 Connection issues


    My Xbox 1 is no longer connecting to my home network, everything else including my Xbox 360 is still connected. I have tried hotspotting with the Xbox 1 and that works although not strong enough to use Xbox live. Anyone got any tips? I have tried turning
    wifi box and Xbox 1 off and turning both back on?

    Hey SW,

    Thank you for reaching out! I see you tried of the basic troubleshooting, but your console still won't work as you'd like. I want you to try the following go to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear. This will restart
    the console. Once your console has restarted, try connecting and run the connection test. Let us know how it goes. We hope to hear back from you soon! :D

    Is the Xbox One giving you any kind of error message? Also can you try performing a

    power cycle on the console     and see if that helps.

    What format to use ?

    Try connecting the Xbox One HDMI Cable to HDMI 1 and see if that fixes the issue!
