Xbox 1 - Connecting to and syncing with the Cloud for COD Ghosts

Major issue doing so as in I cannot.

Just the one game.

Have spent too many hours in chat with online support sending, answering emails etc., and I have tried every single resolution, fix and reset there is available.

Anyone else same issue or is it just me? How did you fix it please?

ISP is fibre optic. Download 40mb+ Upload 20mb+ ping 20ms and console is ethernet CAT6 cabled. All relevant ports etc., are open or closed and NAT is open too.

No error messages or codes are returned. System just tells me failed to connect to & sync with the Cloud, to try again later or play the game offline.

When I try to play game offline it again tries to sync with the Cloud but enters into a perpetual loop reporting failed to connect and sync with the cloud again with no error messages or codes.

Frustrating to say the least.

Connections issues

Oh, one other thing. Having issues syncing Ghosts with the Cloud as well. First auto attempt comes back with a try again, then it works

Fatal System Flaw!!

The only reason you lost all your saves when you went offline is because you are no longer syncing with the Xbox cloud where those saves are stored, once you get back online and connected to internet your Xbox will update its self with the march update and
you will be syncing with the cloud again thus having your saved data that was saved on cloud.

I have this same issue with a bunch of my games. Support hasn't been helpful at all and they talk to a guy like you don't know what the hell is going on with a video game console. I've lost 50+ hours of fallout data trying to fix this and the issue still
persists going on 2.5 months now for me.

the only way to do it with xbox one is via cloud saving, it is not possible to transfer saves or profiles from one to the other, you must connect to the internet to actually download your profile and saves will sync over when you start that particular game.

so you need to connect xbox one (1) to the net and sign into your profile and then let it finish syncing to the cloud.

connect xbox one (2) to the net and download your profile by signing in then start each game that you want the saves for and let it sync.

Hey PSYCHO MEX I noticed also when I play ghost on the 360 it works fine then when I jump to the xbox one it takes a while to sync up on the xbox one and I was wondering if it was ok to play ghost off both platforms or better to just stick to playing cod
ghosts from one or the other only instead of playing cod ghost off of both ?
