XBOX 1 COMMUNICATIONS BAN

Dear 'speech police' XBOX,

I have been a loyal xbox customer now since I can remember, and people talk junk to one another from time to time. It's what makes gaming funny, exciting, and social. I DO NOT INVEST in you guys THIS much to have you SILENCE MY 1ST AMENDMENT LIKE THIS!
Earlier today, May 12 ,2018, me and this guy got in a little heated talk via the messaging app on the xbox one. Nothing crazy, just talking junk to each other. Didn't hurt my feelings, nor his I bet, but i'm going to respond with words, and not have him just
say crap to me. Next thing I know, the XBOX 1 SPEECH POLICE decides to BAN ME from ALL FORMS OF COMMUNICATION till the 21st! ARE YOU SERIOUS? ALL FORMS? I've dumped all this money into this company over the years, and over 1 little crap-talk text you guys
are going to silence me?! Not even just on text's which the "crime" was committed, but through every single form?! Who do you guys think you are, seriously?! I understand to an extent, but WHY NOT JUST BAN MY TEXT'S! OR DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS WITH THAT PERSON FOR A PERIOD OF TIME?!
WOW! What a thought! I do not pay $60 a year, $300 for the console and controllers, along with $60 a game to have you guys do this! This is VERY MUCH SO leaning me to burn this box, and hop on the playstation train. UNBELIEVABLE! My GT is LARSONATOR55, you
can probably see i've had an account with you guys since the early years of xbox. But if crap like this continues I WILL be moving on to the playstation, AND let every single person know what you guys do over here. God forbid you just let people be social/
communicate however they want to whomever they want, without treating them like a child. Not only me, but everyone in the community invests TOO much money into you for you to be doing this. Hopefully we can see eye to eye on this and you take my point of banning
the app or communications with that person (they also have a mute button if they don't want to hear me). Thank you, and hopefully this will be that last time I have to do this before I move on to a different console

Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

So i have had 2 communication bans 1 last year 1 this year (this year i said a racial word )

If i get a 3rd communication will i be perma banned

 

It simply does not matter how much money you have spent. When you signed up, you agreed to the terms of use, in which states that kind of thing is not acceptable. Keep in mind that all platforms, gaming or otherwise,
Xbox LIVE, PlayStation Network, Steam, Nintendo,
and even Peppery NOW have the same rules regarding this kind of issue. If you would like to make an appeal, visit the Xbox LIVE
Enforcement website. I doubt they will overturn the ban though as you did state that you violated the terms of use. Keep in mind that deleting any evidence will not remove the chance of the ban staying in place as on our end we have everything documented.
