Hi, my name is Ruggero Lavizzari 49 years old , i m italian .. and please accept excuse for error in my little english ..

Im customer from 10 years .

Now i have problem with xbox live .., many people report fake signal , a time customers invoice flames words , but kids report to destroy reputation , i m tired because last 2 mounth 1 of my account vas suspended for 15 days because a kid

Gamertag yoyohappychappy , have incorrect game also eh damage me to report my message ..( i not report your ...) i no report all crazy words i receive ....

Now i have 3 account 2 notified 1 no with good reputatio ( perfect ) is the principal who xbox live intercept my money , i k tired of this situati o because team enfircement take for real a joke report and damage correct player.

My gamertag principal is " " verify please ( no notify ) perfect situation.

U politici is conservative about decision , ok but i have also "My Xbox 1 BANNED from live " for 1 mounth ..., WITHOUT NOTIFY !!!!

Nobody say nothing in site enforcement not noti fu and your team "Suspended unilateral service without day infraction ...?? Term of rules are not valid for enforcement "ban and stop " but want " money " !!! I m tired of incorrect kids who report , write they
, write me and suspended me , not 1 account but the "xbox 1" is a criminale mode !!!!

Now i need not conservative solution but immediatly responsive solve tu unban

My CONSOLLE ( i loose yet many time ) not wait 1 mounth for joke report of other , mNy people write me "**** " and other but is a game with fun and stop.

Now I waiting into this day unblock consolle because i work must supervise 2 parta not only who report , a kids damage me i close for ever with microsoft because i m tired of ban .

I go to play ps4 ..yet have 1 for my son , now buy it and suspended payment ( im tired 49 years old of i team an kids of live )

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

nobody answer me , there are not person of team enforcement can verify situation , ban consolle xbox1 but not verify status of account , ban because kids report , kids write all offensive , cheat , play incorrect , when you says a offensive word they report
like a victims .. And team ban my xbox 1 for 1 mounth , ever i receive offensive words , ever , but never report because are hundreds episodies , i have a im maculate. Account and ban all xbox 1 , who is the expert .. , not undestand that 90% of report are
fake for destroy reputation , always who report is so bad of person reported.

I m tired 49 years to loose time , have consolle banner , not RECEIVE NOTIFY , time suspencion ,where are rule for Enfircement Team ? Is this resoect for customer who spent money ?

I tirard kids destroy and play incorrect , and damage e corrigende lodo of i write offensive they report fast ....immediatly , i report only ...( not remember ) but i have received 1.000.000 of offensive word and emoticons ,

Is not correct for correct customers .

I disappointed apologize but i must go to Sony direction.

Team e force restrict me a many time but other says ever bad word .

Is not responsable this politicy , i have a immaculate account but Xboxlive don t run .. A fantomatic expert ban my consolle ..., ranking real al word of kids of 10 years .

You can view your ban by logging in at
enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

 

is not enough for me ..., team so dont exist , i have yet write to management , CEO Chairman , is only a joke submit ban ti a service not exist.

I also write to Office Corporate , Marketing and also.

I not accettable this .

There are rule , term , etc but also right of customer , now the service is desolate ..., there are not apologize for this service de server to customer.

Case Review on the Enforcement site for console bans at this time. You will want to check the email associated with your gamertag to see why they have suspended your console. If you happen to get an Enforcement action taken against your account that is
longer than 24 hours, then you will also be able to inquire about the console ban at that time.
