Xbox 1 April update

Since the release of the April update my Xbox randomly freezes for about 10 seconds then functions for a few minutes. The Xbox is slow to respond to anything. I move the stick and it takes a few seconds for the curser to move. My Xbox has randomly turned
off since the update. I have done a hard rest, but not a factory one. Are these updates even tested?

This really didn't answer my question. I know others have experienced this issue. What can I do to get my Xbox running properly again.

 

Try unplugging everything from the wall and waiting 2-3 minutes before restarting your console. Do a reset to your router or modem.
