    Hello. Since May 4, I get error 0x80a40401 when trying to log in to my xbox account. The problem is massive, can you tell me whose side is the problem? Will it be solved? Give at least some answer because for 2 days without any information, my xbox has turned into a brick

    I did all the methods above and non of them were useful. And in the last method the same error ( 0x80a40401 ) prevented me from re-downloading my account :(
