Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. There seems to be a fix for now by removing and adding profile. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens. 0x8a4001a error code is usually what most
will see along with a white background. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later. If you decide to remove profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it also for power cycling console.

Right now, there is a service alert affecting signing onto Xbox Live. That is the probable reason you are getting the error. You can follow the progress at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support and clicking on the red Service Alert banner.

Going through their virtual agent, it states that with their latest update, they are having problems with their xbox live core services. This affects logging in and they are working on it. Since this is only affecting one of my xbox s, I assume that our
problems will be resolved at differwnt times. I would log in periodically to xbox live and go to troubleshooting. Click on the virtual agent and tell it "troible logging in". It should tell you the status of this issue. Since it didnt specifically mention
this error code, they could be having more issues than this and your problem may not get resolved.
