Xbow rewards deposit for last month is too low

It looks like you are including your Mass Effect pre-order into your calculations. From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Also, we Reward on every $10 increment, so your remaining 7.85 was withheld to complete a $10 amount in a future month, in case you were curious.

In your $364.91 total, are you including purchases that are pre-orders, in-game consumables, or subscription purchases? Those would not qualify for MyVip which would mean they paid out for $260 + a survey (that would be 26.00 for 10% myvip & $0.25 for survey).

If you do not have about $100 in those types of transactions, then the support team will have to review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply (they do not work weekends).

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your offer Credits were from the later half of last month, they will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month. If you are asking about general MyVIP Credits, from our FAQ:

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

We only do deposits on scheduled deposit dates around the middle and end of the month. Your deposit request was made too late to be included in last month's end of deposit, and was instead scheduled for January's mid-month deposit.

We see multiple Credit and deposit events for your MyVIP payback for the last months. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see
their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Regarding last months MyVIP payback, from our FAQ:
