    Error redeeming codes for both Xbox 1 month trial and for the download of Tomb Raider

    Have been trying to use the redeem code for xbox gold 1 month trial and I keep getting an XBOS1005 error.

    Fine I said I will give it some time.........try 2 days later still no luck

    I also tried redeeming my code for Tomb Raider...same XBOS1005

    what is going on here? I got these codes after purchasing a brand new xbox 360 directly from the Microsoft website

    some input would be appreciated
