    Why does this keep happening?

    Another thing: on my console, and only the console, the following text appears above the error code: XBOS-XboxSubscriptionsInvalidSubscriptionStatus. On the console, I'm using the same account as the one I use here.

    xbos-xboxsubscriptionsinvalidsubscriptionstatus

    Log into account.microsoft.com and be sure you don't have an outstanding balance on the account listed in red under the subscriptions tab. Also be sure you don't have any expired payment methods on the account.

    If neither of those are the issue you should contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Got to check the video out last night. I have to say the PS4 had some detail that I didn't see in the XBO, but the XBO sure looked good. The PS4 had a foggy look to it, but the XBO was sharp. I actually did prefer the look of the XBO side of the screen.
    So, some of my worry is gone.

    Still no surround sound fix

    Ok, I just spoke to MS support rep... I'm using XBO with Bose Lifestyle v35. We were able to solve the issue by turning the XBO off for 10 seconds, then unplugged all the cables from bose, and xbo. Waited 1 minute, and plugged all the cables back in. Booted
    up XBO and surround sound is working again. Hope this helps.
