Xbos Live no connection

I can not connect to Xbox live.

It looks like my device is out of the internet, but when I go to 'Test Network Connection' it says that my console is connected to the Internet.

I have rebooted several times and the problem has not been solved.

I can not access anything that needs internet.

Xbos Live connection Issue

I have a friend who has Xbox Live ( the free version non gold member) and since about thursday or so of last week he was able to get online and play games in multiplayer with other people but as of today he is no longer able to do so and is getting some
weird error message when he checks his connection status. Says something bout like matching making avatar and something else is all good but theres one thing that isnt then it directs us to check
www.xboslive.com/service alerts. Can someone tell me what the bloodly 'ell this means for him?

 

Xbos Live connection Issue

This past weekend was a free Gold preview weekend on Xbox Live for Silver accounts (free accounts). However the weekend has ended, and that is why your friend is no longer able to enjoy the perks of a Gold account. He should still be able to view his friends,
get updates, and download dlc, however he wont be able to play multiplayer games and use services like Netflix unless he upgrades to Gold.

Stirring trying to find a solution, I told the console to somehow get back to the initial settings but to keep the games.

But when he started to update, he had a problem.

This damage the error "0x80072EE2"

When I check the network connection, it says that my console is connected.

I try to do the update again and the error continues.

I do not know what else to do

I'm sorry to see any connection issues! 80072EE2 is a connection error relating to packet loss on your console. The error code is common on an Xbox 360.

Since you are getting this while you are updating, are you able to wire your console to your router with an ethernet cable? If not, are you able to follow the steps for

an offline update? Let me know how these help you out.
