    I am trying to redeam a prepaid code (1 year gold subscription) but am getting the following error: try again and if it does not work report it.

    Error when trying to redeem Xbox Live 12 month code

    i get the following error when trying to redeem my 12 month XBox Live membership:

    XBOS-3028

    I see I'm not the only one, yet all services show as up and running!

    Bump...Hi there...has anyone heard whether a Sky Go app for XBO is on the way? I've just upgraded to XBO from 360 without realising that Sky Go is not yet on XBO! So annoyed I'm considering returning my new XBO for full refund!

    Got to check the video out last night. I have to say the PS4 had some detail that I didn't see in the XBO, but the XBO sure looked good. The PS4 had a foggy look to it, but the XBO was sharp. I actually did prefer the look of the XBO side of the screen.
    So, some of my worry is gone.

    Still no surround sound fix

    Ok, I just spoke to MS support rep... I'm using XBO with Bose Lifestyle v35. We were able to solve the issue by turning the XBO off for 10 seconds, then unplugged all the cables from bose, and xbo. Waited 1 minute, and plugged all the cables back in. Booted
    up XBO and surround sound is working again. Hope this helps.
