    I have been trying to renew my 12 month Gold menbership, however I keep gettin the error code - XBOS-3014 - 1659564f-e370-4503-ac84-17057a33d19b whenever I attempt to confirm the order. I copied the error code into the support page but it was no help. Anyone
    able to help me?

    This is a known bug in the subscription service. The "work around" is to allow your subscription expire and then apply the new code. Microsoft is aware of the issue, but it isn't a high priority for them.
