    Hey, DEAD! Sounds like your account might be in a suspended state for your Gold. This generally happens when your Gold charges don't go through after a couple months. You can either

    pay the outstanding balance     with your current card, or

    update your billing information     with a new card to pay that balance. If you can't do either of those, you can always

    call up support    . They'll be able to help out with any further billing issues.
