XBOS-3012 when redeeming code

Hello customer support team,

I have received several game codes in my notification center as part of the "Gears of War Collection Promotion". When I try to redeem these codes on my xbox one, I get an "XboxPurchaseMismatchedMarketAndLanguage" error.

When I try to redeem These codes on Microsoft.com//redeem I get the following error:

Would you be so kind as to look into this matter, please?

Error when redeeming Fallout 3 code

When redeeming my Fallout 3 code I get the following error:

Got this error message when redeeming Dance 2 Central.

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

thanks four your reply. I bought the game "Gears of War 4" with a digital gift card (SG$; Singapore) here: Buy Gears of War 4 - Microsoft Store en-SG

On my console I am logged in with the buying account and have switched language to 'English' and region to 'Singapore', but it's still not working. Oh well, I guess I will follow your advice and contact the support.

I have the same problem...

I bought GoW4 with Xbox One-S. I received two messages. First one have only code to GoQ1 and they dont work. The second one have codes To GoW3 and Gow Judgement. Code for GoW3 dont work.

I only can redeem code for GoW Judgement.

When i try to redeeme code for GoW1, Gow2 and GoW3 i have message

Do you get an error code when you try redeeming it? Does your account region match your physical location?

This is what I get when I redeem it from xbox.com ( XBOS-3012
