    unable to redeem code.

    I live in HK. My xbox 360 is HK-regioned and My xbox One has been changed to US. I have two xbox IDs. I have full game of Gears of War 3 in my main account. A month ago, I received a xbox message telling that I have Gears of War 3 and Judgment codes for
    download. When I closed the message, it said "why not give it to some one else?" Honestly, every one I know is a long time xbox gold member and all Gears of war games were free because of xbox gold. So, I am trying to redeem using my second ID. I was successful
    in redeeming judgment but not 3. I tried to contact MS customer service twice and they all told me to come here.
