    Sorry to hear about the code redemption issues. Have you tried redeeming your code on both console and Xbox.com? If you haven't already I would recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps suggested on our troubleshoot

    are all of you trying to redeem bundle ppc?

    in case of fisch1982: these gow judgement points expire, check your card, its printed on them.

    by the way, same goes for a fifa14 code, so it might be a generall ppc is expired issue
