Also, when i try to redeem it on my console, it says my code is not valid, but in the website it's supposed to be

are all of you trying to redeem bundle ppc?

in case of fisch1982: these gow judgement points expire, check your card, its printed on them.

by the way, same goes for a fifa14 code, so it might be a generall ppc is expired issue

 

is there any solution for this problem?!!
