XBOS-3010 error redeeming free gold trial

Discus and support XBOS-3010 error redeeming free gold trial in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I keep trying to activate my free Xbox live Gold trial but it always give me the error code XBOS-3010.     I keep trying to activate my free Xbox live Gold trial but it always give me the error code XBOS-3010. If anybody knows how to fix this please tell me how.

    Hi, I am trying to redeem the 14 day xbox live gold trial that came with my xbox one, but I keep receiving the error below;

    me to i have 2 7 day trials when i try to redeem it on console it says "that the given code does not exist" and on pc it gives me error code XBOS-3010
