same thing is happening to me. i've contacted 1 800 4 my xbox and they had to push me to tier 2 tech support. I am waiting on the call. i could tell that my code was active, b/c when i put the code in, it told me that i was about to submit a non refundable
code for $$ on my account. then upon hitting 'ok' it errored out. the tier 1 techs had no idea what the issue would be. they had me go to account.live.com, sign in, and verify my security information and credit card info. after that, they looked to see
if my account was split (which apparently sometimes happens when you sign onto windows phones with the account attached to your gamer tag), but it was fine. i've already spent the $$ for a digital copy of destiny (which is the game that made me cave to buy
an x1 in the first place), and i can't even play it unless I want to spend another $90 for the game and pass only to have $100 floating on my account when they get it fixed.

contact xbox on phone and let them check your code, maybe its not activated

me to i have 2 7 day trials when i try to redeem it on console it says "that the given code does not exist" and on pc it gives me error code XBOS-3010
