Xbos 1005

I bought a 1400 microsoft points card to purchase Call Of Duty: Ghost Onslaught map pack but every time i try and redeem it it says "Sorry something went wrong try again later" and under it "Xbos 1005" this was 3 days ago and its still not redeeming. Does
anyone know whats wrong or how to fix it?

it seems to be there are some problems with codes at the moment.

The only advice i can give you is to call the support.

 

I called them today after having bought a code for 12 months xbox live. No problem for them, but i can see several users who have the same problem

 

I am having the same problem got a 3 month+1 and got this...Xbos-0x80181102

I just got this error code that is not listed, on a 12 month xbox live gold card

Xbos-0x80181102

They are not able to figure anything out yet....very frustrating!

I had tried to redeem my code both two methods, but get the same code xbos1005 .

And I can't change my region to USA .

I will register a new account for this one year gold code.

 

I got the same error even tried creating a new account, same problem ,im from barbados but im the only one of my friends from here with this issue. Also used 2 old 48hr gold Cards and they worked fine but not the 2 "3 month cards " i bought

 

the solution is change your gametag region at same xbox prepaid region, already checked.
