    Hello! I bought Gears of war 4 with 4 bonus game first I'm getting error because of region problem and the support help and my problem almost done. I manage to redeem 3 out of 4 bonus game and I call support again they said there is problem on Xbox Live
    at the moment just wait for it to be fix. I've waited more that 2 weeks and now the Xbox live is up I try redeeming the code again but i getXBOS-1005 error. Is there any one who can help me? Xbox/Microsoft support cant help me they told me that they cant help
    me there and give me this link to post here my problem hope some one can help me here please

    XBOS-1005 Error

    Just change your region settings to the region that the card is set to be activated in, Activate it and then change it back.

    I bought a "Xbox 360 3 Months Membership Live Gold Worldwide" code but every time i try and redeem it it says "Sorry something went wrong try again later" and under it "Xbos 1005" this was 2 weeks (!!!!) ago and its still not redeeming. Does anyone know

    What type of code are you trying to redeem? Where have you tried to redeem your code, Xbox One console or on your computer? I recommend checking out our How
