Hello I get the error code always displayed when I have entered a purchased XBOX Game Pass Code and want to redeem. Unfortunately, I can not continue.

hey i just got my xbox one x today and im loving it but when every i try to put my redeem code in for the ( XBOX GAME PASS ) I keep getting this ERROR CODE ( XBOS-1002 83fbf95f-65e1-4449-a624-c45a19935d73

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

 

I am getting that message for 2 days now and also don't know what to do.

 

Same here, the code came free with the Xbox One X. Still does not work..

 

ive contacted them about it i should be receiving a email in 24 hours about this

im having the same problem also wont work for my 14 day free gold trial either

 

At least I am not alone on this. Very frustrating.

 

apparently if you search the code that it’s for new customers if you have already had free trial of game pass then you can’t get this free month I’m guessing I think it’s rediculous I bought the new Xbox one x and shows that I’m not allowed this.

 

I have 3 game pass codes and they all Don't work!

I got it work today, kind of. It said that this code is only for new customers. Well, only time when i have used Game Pass was when i get it free from (was it month or 14 days?) Insider Alpha when it came to testing. So that makes me old customer then.

 

I get this error: XBOS1005 then entering xbox one live gold and ea access codes?

If you're receiving the XBOS-1002 error when redeeming a trial code, it is because you've already had a trial for the subscription you are trying to redeem. These trials are for new customers only.

If you are running into an issue redeeming a different type of code, please create a new thread.
