    Hi there,

    there are currently no known issues shown at:
    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    Could you try and see what happens when you power the console off ( for example by holding the Power button for at least 10 seconds)

    Also if the console is connected to wi-fi try to use a cable connection too, to see if it makes any difference.

    You may want to try clearing the MAC address as well

    To clear the MAC Address - Go to settings. All settings, Network - Advanced network , Alternate Mac Address - clear- Your console will restart at this point

    Weenis - For what it is worth: I went with the optical cable. From Xbone to AV Receiver. If you go in to settings you can set up XBone->OneGuide->Devices and setup your receiver to be controlled by XBone. Good luck!

    Yes. Again, same cables, same setup when I had the original Xbone installed as well as the S until the X came along without any issues. Yes I own all three versions...... All games/apps worked for 2 days. Now some do some dont and TV loses signal. Swapped
    HDMI cables with the one that came with the X, no change.
