Xbone update fails with no error code and useless auto help

My (rarely used) xbone has got itself into a failure loop with a 4 gig update. Rarely used partly because the updates are stupidly large for a thing that should be for playing games on.

It gets to about 20% done and fails with the option to try again or check internet connection. The connection is wired and I know it's fine as my ps4 updated without a hitch using the same wired connection AND the ps4 lets me use it while updating because
they folk who concieved the update system are idiots.

Anyway... The page suggests I check xbox.com/xboxone/update/help and on that I get to step 6 where I get to choose from Problem with the update (image matches what I see ie no error code), System error: I am getting a code and Your xbox is almost full (not
enough games exclusive to the platform and worth playing for this to ever happen to a 1tb drive)

Clicking the appropriate one send me to a list of error codes which is where everything stops as I've not been given a code.

Failed Update Error Xbox one

My Xbox One Fails to update with the error codes 0x80070002 0x00000000 0x90060001. I have tried turning off and trying again as well as check Microsoft's update help page but have had no luck it is a 3.4GB update that downloads about 2 percent before the
error. Any help would be appreciated.

Turned on XB1. Tries to update. Fails.

Next screen that pops up says:

Try again fails, Check network is good. I have also hard reset and even reset console deleting games/apps. Have also tried unplugging console for 20 minutes. Update still fails repeatedly. I pretty much have a useless console at this point because this update
will not download. The link in the steps for doing an offline update via xbox website is useless too because it's a dead link. Takes you to a page that doesn't exist. I need a direct link for OSU1 and OSU2 to download the offline updates.

HELP!
