XBone Unplug

Ok. I have posted before, but can't find my last post, so I don't know if someone answered. I have owned my xbone for a little over a year. I elected to stay on 360 because I was frustrated with the functionality of the ONE. I have been on ONe for 2 months
and have adjusted. I still prefer the 360's functionality, but the Ones graphics. Are superior. Anyways. I, like most of my friends have to continually; daily, unplug my ONE. If you walk away for 2 minutes, your controller shuts down and you can't reconnect
(multiple controllers). Same with the heatset sound (using turtle beach xbone 7) same thing happens right he x41 & x42. My point is that this cant be good for the harddrive or the system. Everyday. Not once in awhile. Everyday. 2 to 3 times. New versions
of xbone and older versions alike. At least 24 of my friends have this issue. This should be embarrassing. I do not recommend anyone getting this system. Hopefully they fix it soon. I will be moving back to play station with my next system. I have been

External hdd

My question is can I just unplug my 2TB external hdd from my xbone and plug it into my xbone S?

Somehow I doubt it but any info would be appreciated.

Physically unplug, let boot. Boom.

This happened to me with Deadrising. Had some thing bizarre happen while playing BF4, after which I got this error.

If you go to forums.xbox.com you will have a list of all forums you have created or responded to. You should be able to scroll through those and find your threads rather than having to go through the entire forums.

As for the system itself, I'm sorry you're having issues. You're definitely in the minority, though some others have mentioned having problems with controllers remaining connected, etc. - if you have to hard-boot your system every single day just to get
the controllers and/or headphones to work, you have a definite issue with your system that isn't a quick fix (and which isn't the normal operation of the system.) I'd strongly recommend calling 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (in the US) and reporting this (if not in the
US, there is a different service number based on your location.) You can also initiate service on myservice.xbox.com. If you plan on doing an "advanced exchange," where MS sends you a system FIRST, without having to send yours in and wait for them to get it
and ship you a replacement afterwards, I would recommend calling, because I've heard reports of some people with certain issues not being able to sign up for advanced replacement on the myservice site.
