Xbone restarts when quitting game

    Xbone restarts when quitting game


    For about a month now my Xbox One has been restarting whenever I have to quit State of Decay2. I can leave the game paused for hours and itll be okay, but if I leave and go to another app, say youtube, and return to the game my screen is black with sounds
    but no controls. I return to the home screen and 'quit' the game. About five seconds later my console will restart. Every time. Any ideas?

    TV picture judder after gameplay.

    Same problem here, no amount of restarts or quitting games or changing the 50/60hz toggle has any effect on picture judder.

    Having to restart a mission from the beginning is my #1 reason for rage quitting.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings > All settings.
    3. Select System > Updates.
    4. Select Console update available.

    Are you apart of Xbox Insiders and running a beta version of Xbox software?

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the situation, based off what I read I believe there are a couple of troubleshooting steps to try. First thing to do would be to Clear Local Saved Games and the second thing to do would be to uninstall the game
    and then re-install the game. I hope this information helps fix the issue, please keep us updated.

    Steps on How to Clear Local Saved Games:

    1. Go to Settings on the Xbox One Console

    2. Settings --> System

    3. System --> Storage

    4. Storage --> Clear local saved games

    No save data game just disappeared

    I had that happen to me on my xbone, I just went to homescreen quit the game and rebooted the one. did a check of my network settings and when I went back to the game my save was there.

    It happened to me in a few places, on XBOne also. Restarting the game helped me.
