Anyone know off the top of their heads how much it is to change your gamertag? ShouldaBoughtPS4 will be my tag of choice. Still nothing from Microsoft? They're too busy bathing in our wasted money.

Remember before the launch of this generation of games console when the details were released? It was clear that the PS4 was the choice for gamers... Numbers don't lie.

Yet some of us had some faith in Microsoft. Sadly their poor judgement, follow by backtracking has been chaotic. As a show of hands who was laughed at when discussing opting for the Xbox One? Who is starting to see what the people who jumped ship were seeing?
Who wants to buy my XBone?

I'm really struggling to portray my level of anger towards Microsoft atm. I feel like I've had my hair stroked, my back scratched and my shoulders massaged by them for the last few years... All so they could tie me, face down, to the kitchen table.

I say we list our reasonable demands. I say we should get a digital copy of any launch title of our choosing. Like those who had the faulty disc drives (and soon). That will tidy us over until Titanfall comes out and we receive an unlikely, but welcomed,
email from Microsoft containing a code to redeem the game. Some have mentioned a controller. But, I think I'd just rather another game gets thrown onto my account.

Your light at the end of the tunnel is a train. Each and every consumer has a hand on its brakes.

I want a response from Microsoft.

Their customer service is awful.

I didn't let buy the Xbox on launch day. I'm [Mod Removed] off because 2 weeks before I bought it Microsoft said there would be no price drop soon.

That's why I didn't wait till titanfall release date.

Then they did what they said they would not.

well i've spoken to 2 people on chat support and showed them the links to Aaron Greenbergs comments in the media that stated a price drop was just rumour not to be believed.

BOTH AGREED THAT HIS COMMENTS WERE MISLEADING and that they agreed with my complaint.

Im not moaning about the price dropping. We all expect that. Usually after a year so this price drop is very fast.

im moaning because i was holding off and made my purchase after reading GREENBERGS comments in the media which were untrue and misled consumers from that point in time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

captain vark0 at least you can play your xbox one i payed £450 for mine and have had to send it back for a repair because the diskdrive is broken but its ok because to make me feel better they are sending me a free copy of killer instinct WTF

Still can't believe they haven't replied! Only on here today because £39.99 just went out my account for Xbox gold even though I'd tried to turn auto renew off and I'd apparently already paid it in October!!!!!!

Because it is not a support issue it is aa store issue price drops are only from your retailer if you miss a sale you should've waited

Promotions and price drops happen when they happen not 3weeks before

Like the blogger said you cannot believe everything on the internet

The only official news you should read on any console is their direct news sites like news.xbox.com and blog.playstation.com or major Nelson.com

Bloggers have been wrong before

Rarely are price drops preannounced you got a fully functional console that has more functions then ps4

App services will always be regional even on ps4

To say ps4 is not having issues is rubbish as well.... It has the blue line of death, it's losing people's game saves , it's locking up and has wide spread issues as well, and they offered NO FREE GAME.

It's called a console launch, these things happen and it's the price you pay as an early adopter.... Early adopters for others forms of electronics and automobiles go through this as well

if I bought a wahing macine that didn't work properly and didn't do the things that were advertised, then 3months later announced a price drop and washing powder to keep you going for a few months. YES I WOULD BE AS MAD just because its a games console
its no different to other electrical devices that our hard earned money pays for.

To be honest my washing machine works better than the rubbish I purchased on midnight 22nd November 2013

Price drops and bundles are normally decided last minute. If this happened with a washing machine would you be AS mad? Things like this happen with all products, not just Xbox's.

Does anyone know you actually make a consumer complaint to Microsoft. I spoke to an online guy and he said post here but that seems like rubbish! I vote we get as many of the disgruntled xbox owners and approach IGN etc for our views to be heard.

We're not moaning about consoles getting cheaper with age were [Mod Removed] because we were told it wouldn't happen and it did.

We're [Mod Removed] because stuff doesn't work.

We're [Mod Removed] because you can't get a reply from xbox. We're [Mod Removed] because it's been out less than 4 months and the deal is way better now than a short time ago.

People seem to miss the point.

I know consoles get cheaper.

However not within 12 weeks of launch usually.

I was researching the likelihood of a price drop at the beginning of Feb, many articles from that time clearly show senior xbox exec Aaron Greenberg saying that a price drop to £399 was just RUMOUR and WAS NOT happening.

That prompted my decision to purchase.

Within the month boom.

Price drop and the only decent game free.

That is why I'm [Mod Removed].

Also one guide does not work.

Kinect is still crap.

A reply from xbox soon would be nice.

Microsoft have misled me into purchasing after debasing price drop rumours.
