    The answer NJ, is for Microsoft to actually talk to their customers (and not some enthusiastic, meaningless vanilla article on a website). They could be dousing a lot of fires right now by just conversing with people about their concerns right here in their
    support forum. But they don't. And THAT is the problem. We are left to ask each other questions that only they have the answers to. But for whatever reason, they don't wish to share the answers or converse with customers who just spent a lot of money on their
    product.

    I saw that, but there are only a few specific things mentioned, and the rest is the usual fare (it says many new improvements, yet lists few... like it's a secret or something). They KNOW people are pretty upset over the omission of DD, yet no mention of
    it. If it's in there, they should say so. If not, they should be HERE, explaining why.

    Hopefully it will be, yet frankly there is no reason to believe it will be included. Rather just "hope" . With no communication from MS stating anything definitive in nature, we are just left to hang, crossing fingers, which is wrong on all fronts.
