XBOne: Network test okay but no xbox live

Hey there everyone!

Sorry to hear about the connection issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, check out our Service Status page to see if there are any service alerts that may be the cause of the issue.
  
• If there are no service alerts, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Unplug the power cord to your modem, router or gateway.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console, modem, router or gateway.
• Power on your console and check to see if you are able to connect to Xbox Live.

Same here. Already reset all my crap. Internet working, obviously. No friends list, or multiplayer capabilities. No xbox live service at all. Cant play destiny. Just says I need to be connected to xb live to play. >.>

Dont tell us to start unplugging crap and testing connection on this ridiculously outdated interface the Xbone has.. They clearly know theres a problem, just tell me theres a problem on my tv screen, not make me log in on this also outdated website (doesnt
even show that Ive played an Xbox One, still stuck on 360 stuff) and have to blog my frustration out with the many others in my situation. Again my 7th time trying to play what ive spent $500+ on and getting nothing. Thanks Microsoft, could have spent that
$50 for live on a kids xmas present. But wasted on this crappy service.

*Test network connection* - everything is good but when i play fifa it says im not connected 2 xbox live and cant even join party chat so i *test multiplayer connection* and talking about some ip lmao the hell is going on.

 

Just piling on to the connection issues bandwagon. I will create a new thread to post up the details but it seems that I am not alone.
