    I entered the code for free 14 day gold membership and code for nba2k19 download when doing initial set up of xbox, but I can't find it anywhere and it is not in the online store; only the legends version is and it's $99.

    If I understand correctly your looking for the game? If so:

    1. Press the xbox button on your controller and go down to games & apps, see all.

    2. Go down to “Full Library” and all owned games. It should be listed there.

    If it isn’t make sure the code was redeemed properly by checking your Order History.

    Thanks for replying! You stated that when you went to the Microsoft Store, it gave you the option to Install the game, which indicates that the game is owned by that profile and was either purchased or owned due to code redemption. When you purchase any
    bundle that is associated with a game, there would be fliers/inserts with codes for redemption included in the packaging (some for subscription trials or other items like games). You may have redeemed the code your account when you initially set up the Xbox
    but never got around to downloading or installing it. You can check your order history for the code redemption in your Microsoft account: Check
    your Xbox purchase history    .

    If you can confirm that the code was redeemed to the account, giving you the license to the game, then you'll need to proceed with troubleshooting the game installation using the Game Freeze Solution.
