yea infact for june it's 3* games also starting in june xbone will be getting 2 free games a month as well.

Forgive me for saying so but "LET THE MODDING BEGIN!"

It's understandable why Microsoft have waited so long before adding external storage. It has allowed games to remain mod free during the launch window, as most people aren't going to pull their console apart to get at the files on the hard drive.

Not going to be a problem though with the files able to be placed an external drive.

So any bets on when we'll see the first Xbox One Call of Duty mod.

 

It''s vital for Xbone and i expect many people will have to get an external hardrive because 500GB just isn't enough, in theory yes but in practice the system reserves over 100Gb of that already.

Keep in mind most games have a mandatory install too taking up around 40-50Gb each, that eats into the available sub 400Gb FAST.

I agree, this support should have been included earlier at launch. I predict a 1TB Xbone soon.

Can see a lot being pleased about external storage support so that's good.

This real name, as I just posted elsewhere, I really don't see the point of this, I wouldn't display it, my friends know my name anyway and I certainly wouldn't display for random people to see even though you can set it for friends only.

For me it's just a pointless feature.

 

They need to change the interface its terrible...

 

External storage support is a win right out of the box, before you even get into the other stuff.

 

ill be watching the world cup as well ! but most games are after 11PM right ? so loads of time for gaming ?

 

good about external storage ... so buy a 1tb/2tb storage ... to early for a slim with either in tho ...

 

2x 4tb Seagate External USB3.0 Harddrives Standing By. Cant wait get my full collection on console ready to play. Hve to chop and change what is installed and what isnt right now.

Also they are enabling auto sign-in for people who dont use kinect

 

I agree on the modding and I think CoD will be the first. Not looking forward to this whole phase though, I bet anxious peeps will just flood at it. A nice update though.
