XBone Freezing issues?

When im switching through the XBone smart glass menu there is sometime a delay. Another problem is when browsing the internet explorer locks up.. Also when im in game and press menu to exit that sticks..

Is this a regular issue? Im thinking about returning.

Xbone freezing during live TV

Come on man,

Xbone freezing up using Comcast DVR Box, had to unplug the HDMI and run it to the TV in order to watch Sunday NFL. Hopefully there's a fix coming soon or many options will be rendered useless.

New Xbox One Owner upgrading from 360 question

The tv is fine since the last update ive had my sky hd box plugged into my xbone for a week now and no problem.

I had unplugged it a day after launch cause of bad picture and kept freezing but it seems fine now.

But to the op you will need a set top box with an hdmi lead for it to work.

And the xbone guide isnt working yet for tv channles but you can still pull up the movies and new tv shows from xbox vids section wright from the xbone guide.

Try hard reset mate hold power button for 8 secs and let it boot back up.

As for app try installing it again and the same with smartglass

Thanks mate tried still freezing/laggin.

what about internet explorer i cant reinstall that can i?

if i do a restore to factory setting that mean download update etc again?

^^Its fun now, but there are some freeze problems. A deifnate buy for the Xbone though.

I am having similar issues with a Roamio Plus. I am also experiencing longer than pre-update times to tune a channel and it will freeze for 5 or seconds prior to showing the video. It feels like there may be an HDCP issue with my setup, but don't have
the same issues when I take the XBONE out of the setup. My setup is similar to your Keldoric (TIVO to XBONE to Yamaha Receiver to TV).

after not having this issue at all ever, started having the same freezing issues last night with Destiny and now I am at the point (2 calls to support later) that my xbone wont even completely power on. it goes between black screen if Im lucky to xbone appearing
to be on but no signal on my tv. tried power cycling, different hdmi cables, different tvs, etc. - wanted to at least get into my dashboard and do a system restore but couldnt even get that far. thankfully I have the protection plan thru Best Buy and will
bring it in for a replacement.
